Luke Buchanan works in the Washington,
D.C. area as a marketing and
operations manager at Washington Fine Properties. He completed all necessary
exams and courses before receiving his license in the spring of 2013. In six

to the city plan ahead and figure out an itinerary. "Familiar with the Washington, D.C.
area, Luke Buchanan knows how to navigate the area but also knows tourists do
experience difficulties finding everything; he suggests bringing a map or even
GPS.
